AML promotes training on Management and Use of the Base Portal

In February, the Lisbon Metropolitan Area will hold a training course on "Managing and using the Base Portal".

The training will take place via e-learning over 18 hours and is aimed at employees of the 18 local councils in the Lisbon metropolitan area.

It will take place over five days - February 15, 16, 17, 24 and 27 - between 9:25 a.m. and 1 p.m., in synchronous sessions.

Its main objectives are to make the Base Portal known, namely the associated legislation, the public consultation aspect, the registration of data and consultation of procedures and contracts in the private area, the search, consultation and request for changes to the registered data, and the articulation with the procedures launched on the electronic platform and in the Electronic Official Gazette.

It will also address the National Strategy for Green Public Procurement 2020 and the obligations inherent in the General Data Protection Regulation.

Registration for the training courses must be carried out by the municipalities' training services, as stipulated in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area Training Regulations.
