Citizen-oriented services

The human resources policy is centered on a permanent effort to strengthen relations between the AML, the municipalities and society, through the provision of citizen-oriented services and effective public management based on effectiveness, efficiency and quality, around the following pillars:

  • Management and training of AML's workforce for efficiency, quality, innovation and results orientation, in line with the strategic objectives set.
  • Valuing employees and their work, in order to provide quality services that contribute to their personal and professional fulfillment.
  • Improving working conditions in the areas of health, hygiene and safety in all workplaces, ensuring good conditions in terms of facilities and equipment.

Valuing the technical training of workers, promoting gender equality, leveraging digital media, improving working conditions and investing in the protection of personal data and information security are AML's top priorities in this area.

Staff map

AML, as a public employer, must plan activities of a permanent or temporary nature, taking into account the mission, duties, strategy, objectives set, the competencies of the organic units and the financial resources available.

This planning includes the staff map, with the jobs needed to carry out AML's activities. AML's staff map has been drawn up in line with the department's current regulations and the new competencies it has taken on.

See the approved staff map here, where you will also find information on the existence of permanent jobs that are available.
